Why are my mailboxes or domains suddenly disconnected, inactive, or missing?

A quick guide to the most common reasons your mailboxes or domains can suddenly show as disconnected, inactive, or missing — and how to get everything reconnected.

Opening your dashboard and seeing your mailboxes or domains suddenly disconnected, marked inactive, or missing entirely can be alarming — but in almost every case your data is safe and the cause is something simple to fix. This guide walks through the most common reasons and what to do about each one.

First, make sure your dashboard can load

Sometimes everything is still active on our side, but your dashboard can't load it — so it shows zeros or empty lists. This is usually caused by your internet provider blocking the connection to our backend.

  • Open your dashboard through a free VPN (a browser extension or app), connected to any location, and give it a minute or two to load.

  • Try a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to rule out a local block.

  • If your mailboxes and domains reappear, your purchase was never affected — it was only a display issue on the connection side.

Common reasons accounts switch off

If your dashboard loads correctly but your mailboxes or domains are genuinely marked inactive or disconnected, it's usually one of the following:

  • A billing payment didn't go through. If a charge or renewal invoice is past due, your accounts are paused until the balance is settled. Updating your payment method and clearing the outstanding invoice from your billing page restores access.

  • Your subscription was cancelled or the plan ended. When a plan ends, the mailboxes attached to it are switched off. If you didn't mean to cancel, get in touch — we can help you restart the plan and look into bringing your existing mailboxes back.

  • A daily sending limit was exceeded. Mailboxes are automatically deactivated if they send more than 100 emails per day per mailbox. To stay safe, keep to roughly 80 per day per mailbox (about 50 warmup + 30 outreach).

  • A renewal is due. Domains and mailboxes that have reached the end of their term may show as "awaiting renewal" until they're renewed.

How to get reconnected

  • Open your billing page and check for any failed payment or unpaid renewal invoice, then update your payment method if needed.

  • If a renewal is outstanding, complete it so the affected domains and mailboxes can be reactivated.

  • After payment goes through, allow a little time for everything to reset before resuming your campaigns.

  • If your original warmed mailboxes don't come back automatically after reactivation, let us know — we'll work to restore your exact existing mailboxes rather than have you rebuild them from scratch.

Still stuck?

If your mailboxes or domains are still disconnected or missing after checking the above, contact our support team in the chat. Include the email address you use to log in and, if it's billing-related, your most recent receipt or invoice details so we can review your specific account and get you back up and running.
