Seeing an SPF "softfail" or "sender does not match SPF record" warning in a third-party test (for example inside Instantly)?
We use a custom SPF configuration tailored to our sending servers, so some third-party checkers misread it. In most cases you can safely ignore that warning. Confirm your SPF is valid with a standard lookup such as easydmarc.com SPF lookup — if it shows valid there, you're fine.
There is one case worth fixing: if your SPF record still references a previous/legacy email provider (from before you moved to Maildoso), contact support and we'll correct it.
