My DKIM or DMARC isn't detected by a third-party checker

We use custom DKIM/DMARC for our SMTP servers; verify with a standard lookup tool.

We use custom DNS records for our own SMTP servers, so some external tools can't detect our DKIM/DMARC the way they expect. This is by design for the best deliverability, and our setup follows Google's guidelines.

To confirm everything is in place, use a standard lookup tool such as easydmarc.com (DMARC lookup). If something genuinely looks misconfigured there, contact support and we'll check it.

Note: because we manage your DNS, you don't add or edit DKIM/DMARC records yourself.
