Joining Company's MaintainX Organization

NOTE: If you have not received an invitation to join your company's MaintainX organization, get in touch with your company's MaintainX administrator. Your administrator can create an invitation for you to join based on these instructions. You will receive an email invitation to join MaintainX.

NOTE: However, if you already created your own MaintainX account or organization, you need to leave the organization you created before being invited to join your company's organization below.

Accepting Company Invite to Join MaintainX

  1. In email or text from company administrator to join MaintainX, click link

  2. Link opens MaintainX download page

  3. Click Install to download MaintainX app on mobile device

  4. After download is complete, click Open

  5. At bottom of screen, tap Get Started

  6. Confirm correct phone number and hit Sign In

  7. Add one-time password

  8. Retrieve and copy password from text messages

  9. Paste password into MaintainX

  10. Complete profile by adding email address

    This step is optional. If your password is not necessary, tap skip in the top right corner of the screen.

Accepting Company Invite to MaintainX after Creating Own MaintainX Org

You need to leave the organization you created before being invited to join another one. Follow these steps to leave your own MaintainX org:

Mobile:

  1. Click More in bottom right corner

  2. Under Organization name, click View Settings

  3. Click Teams/Users

  4. Click arrow to right of name

  5. Click Remove from Organization

  6. Click Remove to Confirm

Web:

  1. Go to Teams/Users tab

  2. Click name

  3. Click Leave Organization at bottom of profile

Once you have left your MaintainX org, you will be able to accept your company's invitation to join the company's MaintainX org.
