Service Charge & Mandatory Gratuity — Configure the workstation to apply a service charge or mandatory gratuity to checks, either manually or automatically once a check reaches a minimum amount or number of covers. Currently available on request for restaurants outside Québec; availability in Québec is pending MEV certification. Interested? Contact your sales representative to have it enabled.

Covers — Enter the number of covers on an order, and optionally require staff to enter the cover count when starting one. Covers are enabled together with Service Charge & Mandatory Gratuity and share the same availability.

Require an open remark — New option on open-price items. When it's on, the workstation asks for a product name right after the price is entered, so open items show up with a real description on the check and in your reports.

Payment details on MEV-WEB receipts — Printed checks now list each payment type by name and amount (for example, Visa 125.00 $) on every paid check, not only on checks paid with more than one payment type.
