Please, approve subscription to this Shopify App.

Shopify is not connected to FastBill using your credentials.

Go to app dashboard and setup your connection using your FastBill credentials.

Customer is missing from the order. Document creation requires a customer.

Please add a customer to the order, and try again.

The API call to FastBill failed. It’s possible we’re sending incorrect data, but the issue might also be on FastBill side.

The FastBill credentials entered in the app dashboard are incorrect.

Please check your credentials in the app dashboard under the Connect section and make sure you have an active FastBill subscription.

Ensure Trigger is not set to 'Never' » Maybe, under Trigger settings you have set "Never" option to the document you want to create, you it is blocking the creation. Soo, it is not a bug, but a feature.

Step 2: Create the missing document

After you've succeccfully resolved the issue by yourself or with our help, manually create the missing document directly from an existing Shopify order.
