On the Canvas
You can do the following directly on the canvas:
Resize rooms: select a room and click on any circular resize handle to move that portion of the wall / perimeter.
Select and move individual walls: click any wall segment to select it. Drag to reposition it, or press delete / backspace to remove it.
Move assets (doors, windows, furniture): click on any asset and drag to move it to a different location.
Rotate furniture: select any furniture item and click on the rotate handle to adjust.
Remove furniture: select any furniture item and press delete / backspace on your keyboard.
Top Toolbar
At the top of the canvas:
Layout / Visualize: use this toggle to switch between your layout editor and visualizer mode when creating image renders.
Floor Selector: Switch between floors if your home has multiple levels.
Settings: click the gear icon to open the Settings menu. Here, you can use the measurement unit toggle to switch between metric and imperial.
Undo/Redo: Step backward or forward through your changes.
Bottom Toolbar
In the bottom bar, you'll find these action buttons:
Furniture: Add new furniture items in any room. Use the search bar if you know exactly what you're looking for.
Note: if you search for a specific item, it might not show up if we have it under a slightly different name (for example, couch vs. sofa). We will soon have smart search to pull similarly named items, but for now, navigate through the options if you don't find something immediately via the search bar.
Structure: Use this button to add doors, windows, or stairs to your plan.
Select: Click this to be in the default Select mode as you navigate through the page or your floor plan.
Draw Wall: Click this to enter Draw Wall mode. You can draw walls directly in your plan and create entire new rooms using this feature.
As you drag an edge, a live dimension input appears above the bottom toolbar. You can type an exact length (e.g., "12 ft" or "3.6 m") to set the wall length precisely.
To exit active Draw Wall mode, double-click on a node or complete a room. To exit Draw Wall mode entirely and click on the Select button to go back to Select mode.
Zoom Controls: Adjust the zoom level of your canvas using the buttons on the bottom-right corner of the canvas.
Inspection Panel
Select any item at any level β an entire floor, a specific room, or individual furniture pieces. When you make a selection, an inspection panel appears on the right side of your screen.
The inspection panel shows details about your selected item and lets you:
View and adjust wall thickness
Adjust door and window dimensions
Select any door or window to edit its Width and Height
Windows also have linked Distance from ceiling and Distance from floor controls β adjusting one updates the other so that the window maintains its dimensions
Rotate or flip assets or furniture items
Remove rooms or walls
(coming soon) Change the room type
