How to Create and Save Reports

Step-by-step guide to creating reports, renaming them, and saving or discarding changes.

Creating a Report

  1. Navigate to the Analytics under Field Service section.

  2. Click on the Create Report button located in the top-right corner of the Analytics page.

  3. A right drawer will appear with three available options:

    • Work Orders

    • Machines

    • Facilities

  4. Select the type of report you wish to create, then click the Create Report button.

Renaming the Report

  • After creating a report, you can rename it by clicking the pencil icon next to the report name.

  • Type the new name and confirm the action by clicking the tick icon. To cancel the renaming, click the cross icon.

Saving or Discarding

  • After customising your report, click the Save Changes button at the top of the page to save your work.

  • If you no longer wish to keep the changes, click the Discard Changes button to remove the report.
