Steps to Share a 3D Model
Upload the 3D Model to the desired asset.
Go to Connections > Customer Portal settings for the connection you want to share with.
Under the Asset Attributes section, make sure 3D Model is selected for sharing.
Once enabled, the shared asset will be visible to the customer in the 3D Model tab on their shared asset page.
What Customers Can Do with Shared 3D Models
View and navigate the model.
Use tools like tree view, perspective control, and selection modes.
Create requests directly from specific parts of the 3D model.
