“My Products” replaces Asset Templates with improved views, sharing, and integrations. The Customer Portal is now standalone with enhanced access control. Connection requests are centralised, emails are branded, and navigation is simplified.

My Products

  • Asset Templates Renamed: "Asset Templates" have been renamed to My Products, streamlining your product management experience.

  • Flexible Views: Switch effortlessly between List View and Grid View for your products, clearly displaying product images, names, and models.

  • Detailed Product Management: Each product now features a dedicated detail page with tabs for Documents, Procedures, Parts, 3D Models, and Assets, centralising all relevant information.

  • 3D Model Integration: Seamlessly upload and manage 3D models through integration with 3D Streams directly within the product details.

  • AI Assistant Integration: "Ask AI" functionality is now available directly from the product detail page when an AI Assistant is created.

  • Catalogue Sharing: Easily share your product catalogue publicly via a generated marketplace link, making collaboration and marketing simpler.

Customer Portal

  • Dedicated Customer Portal Product: The Customer Portal feature is now its own dedicated product, simplifying customer management and improving user experience.

  • Portal Creation Enhancements: Quickly create customer portals linked to existing or new connections directly from the My Portals page.

  • Portal Customisation: Tailor customer portal settings by controlling access to Shared Assets and selecting visibility for specific product attributes (Documentation, Parts, Procedures, 3D Models).

  • Shared Products Management: Easily add or remove products shared with customers, ensuring precise control over content visibility.

  • Enhanced "Shared With Me" Experience: Clearly navigate between "Shared Assets" and "Shared Products" with improved sorting and view options, enhancing usability.

  • Public Product Catalogue: Introduced a responsive, publicly accessible catalogue page, enabling broader audience engagement and easier access requests.

Connection Requests Management

  • Centralised Requests Page: Introduced a consolidated "Connection Requests" page under AssetHub, organising all incoming and outgoing requests.

  • Simplified Request Handling: Accept or decline connection and product catalogue requests directly, with clear status indicators and automated email notifications. Only the first user invitation will be displayed for the growth loop request.

Branded Emails with Organisation Logo

All outgoing emails to your customers are now branded with your organisation's logo. This applies to any email communication sent from the platform, creating a more professional and consistent customer experience.

Updated Secondary Navigation

We’ve refreshed the secondary navigation across key modules to improve clarity and consistency.

  • Industrial AI

  • CMMS / Field Service
