Add Multiple Signatures in Procedure Instances
You can now add multiple signatures within a single procedure instance, allowing you to collect confirmations or approvals from multiple stakeholders during the procedure execution.
How it works:
In the procedure template, there's a setting in the signature modal:
“Allow users to add more signatures”When this is checked, users will be able to add additional signature blocks while filling the procedure.
In the procedure instance, users can add signatures by clicking “Add Signature” within the signature section.
