How to Filter Work Orders

Filters will help you to streamline, organise, and efficiently navigate through a large volume of work orders. Filters allow you to sort work orders based on various criteria such as priority, status, type, due date, assigned personnel, etc. This categorisation helps in organising work orders, making it easier to find specific orders quickly.

Steps:

  1. In the Work Orders, select Filter by "+" icon.

  2. It will open a dropdown with all the pre-defined filters and custom fields defined in the Main Settings.

  3. Select a filter you want to apply for the work order.

  4. In the selected filter, select the value by which you want to filter the work orders.

  5. You can remove the filter by selecting the added filter and clicking the "Bin" icon.
