Delete the User Account on the Platform

This article will describe how admin can delete the user account on the Platform

Admins can delete the user’s accounts that are no longer active on the platform.

Steps:

  1. Go to Main Settings from the left main navigation panel on the platform.

  2. In the Company Settings, go to User Accounts and click on the three dots with the user account under the Action column that you want to update the access level.

  3. Select “Delete Account” from the dropdown.

  4. You will be asked for the confirmation, click on “Yes, Delete” to delete the user account. No email notification will be sent to the user.
