Assign Members to the Team
Steps:
Navigate to Users & Teams in the Company Settings and click on “Teams”.
Go to the team that you want to assign the members.
Select “+ Assign member”.
Select one or more users from the Assign member dropdown.
Select ”Add member” to add the member(s) to the team.
If the user is assigned as an assignee/follower to any of the existing work orders that do not have the machine assigned to the team, its machine will be assigned to the team automatically.
NOTES:
The user will have access to all the facilities, production lines, and machines assigned to the team.
The user will have access to the work orders created from the facilities and machines assigned to the team.
All the users will be shown in the Assign member dropdown even if they are members of the other teams.
If the users are assigned to one or more teams, they can only see and access the work orders for the facilities and machines assigned to those teams.
Unassign Members from the Team
Steps:
Navigate to Users & Teams in the Company Settings and click on “Teams”.
Go to the team that you want to unassign the members.
Select the “-” unassign icon and confirm “Remove” in the pop-up to unassign the user from the team.
NOTES:
If this user was an assignee or follower in any of the work orders from the facility or machine assigned to the team.
The user will be removed as an assignee and follower from the work order in case,
The user is a member of a team that does not have access to the facility, production line, or machine of the work order.
The user will stay as an assignee or follower on the work order in case,
The user does not belong to any team on the platform.
