The offline procedure feature in our mobile app allows you to fill out forms even when your device is not connected to the internet. This feature ensures that you can continue your work seamlessly regardless of the network connection status.
Offline Mode
You can access and fill out procedures even when not connected to the internet.
The procedure needs to be saved offline when connected to the internet before it can be used in the offline mode.
In the offline mode, you can complete procedures and view document attachments.
How to Use
Saving Procedure Offline
To download and use the file attachments to the fields in the procedure
Open the mobile app and go to a work order.
In the procedure section, click on the three dots with the attached procedure and select “Save offline”. You will get the success notification that the procedure is saved offline.
You can also open the procedure and click on the “Save offline” option at the top to save the procedure
Once saved offline, the file attachments on the procedure fields are available for offline downloading and viewing.
Filling Out Procedures
Access the procedure in the offline mode.
Fill out the required fields as usual.
Complete the procedure and finalize it when back online it will be automatically synced with the servers.
