so that the sponsor is thrilled with joy.

Teaming up for new product rollouts is simpler and more straightforward than ever, thanks to a bunch of cool features.

Product launches are a great chance for athletes to show their worth and make a direct impact on their sponsor's main business goals. Remember, signing a contract is just the beginning. With the potential for new sponsors on the horizon, it's crucial to get the hang of the game plan. Every new partner will be checking out your social media to see how cleverly and creatively you promote products to see how they fit into your X Sports world - so show them you can pull it off.

Briefing Calendar (SYNC) ->> Depending on how the product launch is planned, what social media platforms, and the variety of posts, your sponsor will send you a briefing that automatically shows up on your calendar. It includes all the key details, download links for the materials, and a link to your personal briefing/check-in page. You can access everything straight from the calendar and download the assets without needing to log in. You'll get a reminder 48 hours before the briefing is due—so you won't miss anything if your calendar is linked to your sponsor. If you haven't done so yet, you can find out more about it here.

Briefing (email) ->> Here's the back up deal: We'll send you an email on the day we put together the briefing and another one 48 hours before. These emails will have all the details and download links you need, and you can access everything here without having to log in. We've also included calendar events you can add manually, along with a PDF that sums it all up.

Athlete Cockpit (Desktop) ->> If you prefer managing everything right from your computer and want to see the sponsor calendar all at once, just log into your athlete cockpit here and go through each briefing in the Briefing section one by one.

To help you make the most of every product launch and shine in the market, here's our guide that will help you rise to the top.

  • @Mention #TAGs ->> Each sponsor lays out exactly which mentions and tags to use, and it's important to get these right, whether you're announcing a new product or making a creative fun post. But people often forget the tags that are specific to the product. At the bare minimum, make sure to tag the gear from your sponsor you have so you stay visible in the right spots. Most importantly, fans and potential buyers can easily see what you're using and buy it themselves—after all, they're your fans and want to share in your cool vibe.

  • Creative Work ->> Take advantage of the resources you get during a briefing, or ask for more if needed, to really let your creativity shine. It's always more rewarding to add your own flair rather than just meeting the basic requirements – so get creative.

  • Social Wall ->> Sure, it's pretty obvious to everyone that the social wall is the ultimate spot for genuine, lasting conversations with fans and, most importantly, potential new customers. Stories are fun, but they play a secondary role. That's why you should always keep the Rule of 9 in mind: the last nine posts are the key ones and will be the first thing new fans or customers of your sponsor see. Gather all your important info here, and use a variety of post types like reels and carousels to feature your sponsor. Mix up your content smartly, and don't forget to use mention, brand tags and product-specific tags to boost your success.
