However, sometimes Malaa’s categorization engine will not be able to categorize some transactions for the following reasons:
If there are transactions from a new merchant to Malaa engine.
If there are transactions that are difficult to know exactly their categories, such as personal transfers.
Therefore, we believe that your contribution in categorizing these transactions and help us retrain our Machine Learning models to ensures a consistent experience for all users, and it will improve the automation process of categorization.
