Select a ‘Click Action’
If nothing happens when you click a region or marker, the most common reason is when there’s no ‘Click Action’ set for that region or marker.
If you’re using the default values ( in the free version you’re always using the default values ) check if you have selected the proper click action.
In the Pro version you can override the default values and set a click action individually. Make sure it’s set to default or to an active option.
Check for empty action values
Another reason for the click action not to work is when the ‘action content’ for the clicked entry is empty. When adding a region or marker, you’ll have a ‘Action Content’ field which should contain the value that will be triggered when the marker or region is clicked. For example, it should contain the URL if you have the option to ‘open URL’ selected as the click action.
