When creating and editing a map, you can have a Rich Text Editor on some fields, namely the Tooltip and the Action Content (Pro users).

They can be enabled in the setting page of the plugin, in the ‘Editing’ tab, further down in the ‘Other Fields’ section.

Beware that if you have lots of entries, having the Rich Text Editor enabled might cause issues related with the max_input_vars limit on your server.
