How to delete your Roam account
We hope you continue to enjoy using Roam, but we understand that circumstances may change. If you’ve decided to close your account, here’s a simple guide to help you:
Open the Roam App: Launch the app on your device.
Go to Settings: Tap on the "Settings" section.
Access Your Profile: Click on your name at the top of the Settings page to open your Profile.
Find "Delete Account": Scroll to the bottom of your Profile page, and you’ll see the "Delete Account" option.
Confirm Deletion: Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision.
Things to keep in mind:
Permanent Action: Deleting your Roam account is permanent. Make sure you really want to proceed.
Reactivation Options: In certain situations, a deleted account can be reactivated. If you ever want to come back, contact our customer support team for help.
Data Retention: For legal or compliance reasons, we may keep some data for a specific period even after your account is deleted.
