How It Works
Your Roam username = your referral code. Just share it.
Your friend signs up with your username.
Once they verify their account and start using Roam, you’re good.
Every time they make a qualifying deposit, you earn 20% (or 30% if you’re an influencer) of the deposit fee — straight into your Roam balance instantly.
What You & Your Friends Get
You (Referrer): 20% commission on every qualifying deposit your direct referrals make (recurring, not just once).
Your Friend: $2 bonus when they do either:
• Convert $1,000+ to Naira/XAF/XOF within 60 days, OR
• Send a USD transfer with fee above $2 within 60 days.
Example:
Friend deposits $500 (fee $5) → You instantly get $1 (20%). If they do this every day, you keep earning every day.
Important Things You Should Know
You only earn from people you personally refer (no chain/MLM).
Commissions start only when they make a deposit with fee of at least $1.
To keep earning, stay active: at least 1 paid transaction + 2 deposits in the last 30 days.
Everything is automatic — you don’t need to claim anything.
Why am I not seeing my commission/bonus yet?
It is usually because one of these "Qualifying Action" hasn't been met:
• The person you referred hasn’t made a deposit with a fee yet (or the fee was under $1).
• For their $2 bonus (and sometimes the very first commission), they still need to hit the qualifying activity: Convert $1,000+ USD or send a USD transfer with fee > $2.
Exact Steps in the App:
Open your Roam app
Tap “Convert” or “Send” at the bottom
Choose USD → Naira (or XAF/XOF) for conversion OR Choose “Send USD” → enter amount & recipient
Make sure the fee shows at least $2 if you’re sending, or keep converting until total hits $1,000+
Complete the transaction
As soon as it goes through, both your $2 bonus and referrer's commission will be added instantly to your accounts. You can check your transaction history — it shows as “REFERRAL_COMMISSION”.
