Buyer Protection Policy

Updated over 2 weeks ago

TradingCardsMarketplace.com provides this Buyer Protection Policy to help ensure a safe and reliable transaction environment. This policy outlines the steps to take when a purchased item is not delivered, arrives damaged, is significantly not as described, or is counterfeit.

The contract of sale is directly between the buyer and the seller. As such, all inquiries and claims must first be directed to the seller.

๐Ÿ“Œ Covered Situations

You may be eligible for a resolution from the seller if:

  • The item was not received, and no valid delivery scan exists.

  • The item was delivered damaged or is defective.

  • The item was materially misrepresented or is counterfeit.

๐Ÿšซ Exclusions

This Policy does not cover:

  • Items marked as delivered to the shipping address on file.

  • Items used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Final-sale or non-returnable items (unless misrepresented), as defined by the seller's individual policy.

  • Orders shipped via third-party or buyer-arranged methods.

  • Situations where the buyer has filed a payment dispute or chargeback with their provider. Filing such disputes voids eligibility for assistance under this Policy.

๐Ÿ“ฅ How to Resolve an Issue

Step 1: Contact the Seller Directly

For any issues with your order, including delayed fulfillment, damage, or other concerns, you must first contact the seller for a resolution.

You can contact the seller in one of two ways:

  1. Click the "Message the Seller" button, which is available on every product page and seller profile.

  2. Log in to your buyer account to send a request.

When filing a claim with the seller, please provide clear photos or video evidence showing the issue (including packaging, shipping labels, and packing slips) and a detailed description of the problem.

Step 2: Escalate to the Marketplace

If you have contacted a seller about an issue and do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact TradingCardsMarketplace.com, and we will assist you.
