How do I request a return, exchange, or credit?

At TradingCardsMarketplace.com, individual sellers are responsible for setting their own return and refund policies, which include handling issues of lost or damaged shipments. You can find the specific policy for an item on its product page.

All requests for returns, refunds, or assistance with a shipment must be made directly to the seller. You can contact the seller in one of two ways:

  1. Click the "Message the Seller" button, which is available on every product page and seller profile.

  2. Log in to your buyer account to send a request.

If you have contacted a seller about an issue and do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us, and we will assist you.
