What are the terms and conditions to being a seller?

Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older (or have parental oversight).

Professionalism: You agree to conduct business professionally and resolve any disputes cooperatively with marketplace staff.

Business Names: Names must be professional and cannot be offensive, misleading, or URL-based (e.g., "MySite.com").

Photos: All listings must include photos. If you use stock images, you must clearly disclose this.

No Off-Site Links: You may not include links to other websites or promotions for off-platform sales.

Prohibited Items: No gambling, adult content, digital goods, mystery items, or games of chance.

Ship Fast: Orders must be shipped within 3 business days (our target is 1 business day).

Track It: You must upload tracking information promptly for every order.

Resolve Issues: You agree to help the marketplace resolve any fulfillment issues quickly.

Data Privacy: You may not use buyer information to solicit sales off the platform.

Fair Play: No fraudulent bidding or bid manipulation is allowed.

Commission: 10% fee on the total order value (including shipping and tax).

Transaction Fee: $0.35 per order.

Shipping Labels: If you purchase shipping labels through us, the cost will be deducted from your payout.

If a buyer is reimbursed for a lost or damaged item due to seller error (e.g., no tracking, poor packaging), TradingCardsMarketplace.com reserves the right to deduct the reimbursement amount from your payout.

Sellers may be asked to prove they are authorized to sell certain branded goods, as required by our platform provider (Shopify). You agree to follow Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

You agree to keep your contact info updated and accept communication via phone, email, or text.
