How do I fulfill an order and mark it as shipped?

  1. Log in to your Seller Portal.

  2. Go to the "Orders" tab and select "Orders Listing".

  3. Find the order and click to mark it as Fulfilled.

  4. Important: You must enter the Tracking Number when saving the fulfillment. This allows us to alert the buyer and verify delivery.

Note: If you purchase a shipping label directly through our platform, the tracking information is saved automatically.
