If a buyer reaches out about a missing package, damaged item, or refund request:
Do NOT refund them directly. Since the marketplace processed the payment, the refund must happen through our system to ensure fees and taxes are handled correctly.
Simple Fixes: If they just need a tracking number or status update, please provide that to them directly.
Refunds/Returns: If a return or refund is needed, direct the buyer to contact TradingCardsMarketplace.com Support, or contact us yourself with the order details. We will initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
Resolution: Once the RMA is set up, you will see instructions in your dashboard on how to complete the return and credit the buyer.
