I have concerns about an order or missing stock. What do I do?

You can reject an order directly in the platform if you cannot fulfill it (e.g., item damaged, out of stock, or potential issues).

  • How to do it: Open the order and select "Reject."

  • What happens: The buyer is automatically refunded.

  • Stock: The item is technically added back to stock, so be sure to manually update your inventory to "0" if the item is damaged or missing to prevent it from selling again.

Note: Simply canceling the order on your own external system (if connected) will NOT cancel it on our marketplace. You must reject it in the TradingCardsMarketplace portal.
