We understand that "fat fingering" a number is real. It has happened to us on occasion. When you meant to put in $85 and the number got saved somehow as $850 it can be concerning.
The only way to fix this is to reach out to us at the marketplace either by chat or through our contact page. Sellers are currently not able to do any bid cancellations or edits.
Let us know the auction item, your email, the bid amount that was saved, the bid amount you wanted it to be, and any other pertinent information. Please also let us know if you wish for the bid to be completely canceled or if you just want us to adjust the amount to what you originally wanted it to be.
Once we have the information, we will look into it and alert you of any changes we make. Note that if this bid was placed within 12 hours of the auction end, we will do a more thorough review of your account to determine if there was intent for bid manipulation. We take this very seriously and it is against our policies to raise bids within the last few hours, and then request a cancellation.
