You can upload audiences in CSV or XLSX format, up to 1 MB in size.
Your file must include the following mandatory columns:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Optional columns (recommended for richer personalization):
Company name
Country
Designation / Role
And others
If these columns are missing or mislabeled, your upload may fail.
