If your upload doesn’t process successfully, it’s likely due to one of the following issues:
Missing Name or Email Address columns (mandatory fields).
Invalid file type (only
.csvor.xlsxsupported).File size exceeding 1 MB.
Empty or malformed rows.
To fix this:
Download the upload template again.
Copy your data into the correct columns.
Save and re-upload.
The system will validate and process your list instantly once corrected.
