How secure is my uploaded lead data?
Your uploaded audience data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized users in your workspace can view, modify, or delete the uploaded lists.
We do not share, sell, or use your contacts outside your account. You retain full ownership and control of your uploaded data.

Upload files only from trusted devices.
Ensure data complies with GDPR and relevant privacy policies.
Can I use uploaded audiences across multiple campaigns?
Absolutely. Once uploaded, your audience remains reusable — you can use the same contact list for multiple campaigns at any time.
Each new campaign can target the same uploaded list, allowing you to test different messages, channels, or timing strategies.
Why can’t I delete some audiences?
If you notice that the Delete option is missing, it usually means the file wasn’t uploaded manually. However, since this page only supports manual uploads, every list here should be deletable.
If an upload appears locked or undeletable, please contact support — there may have been an import issue or a processing delay.
