How to cancel or pause your Marro subscription

We understand that there may be many reasons why you need to stop your deliveries and it can be done simply in your account.

Here's exactly how:

Pause or skip a delivery

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click Account Settings.

  2. You have two options:

    • Skip your next delivery – gives you extra time to finish meals you already have.

    • Cancel your subscription – stop all future deliveries.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Click cancel subscription at the bottom of the page (white text).

  2. Click cancel subscription again to confirm.

  3. Answer a few quick questions, then press cancel subscription now.

Your subscription will be cancelled, and no more boxes will be delivered.

If you're not getting the option to pause or cancel

If you’re waiting for a trial box and don’t have an account yet, contact our Customer Love team here. We're available on phones Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, (excluding bank holidays), and 7 days a week via email.

Important cut off times

  • Changes, including cancellations, must be made by 11 PM, two days before your box is due to be delivered.

  • If you pause after the cut-off, you will still receive that delivery, but subsequent boxes will be cancelled.

Suspended accounts or missed payments

  • If your account is suspended due to missed payments, you cannot cancel online until outstanding payments are cleared.

  • You may still receive a "box of grace" after a missed payment, we send this box in goodwill even though it hasn't been paid for yet, as we don't want your cat to be short on meals.

  • After that, no future boxes will be delivered unless payment is made.

It’s easy to restart your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in Account Settings

  2. Click Resume Subscription and select your delivery date - we'll charge you the day before your delivery is due to arrive
