How to Cancel or Pause Your Marro Subscription
We understand that there may be many reasons why you need to stop your deliveries and it can be done simply in your account.
Here's exactly how:
PAUSE OR SKIP A DELIVERY
Log in to your Marro account.
Scroll to the bottom and click Account Settings.
You have two options:
Skip your next delivery – gives you extra time to finish meals you already have.
Cancel your subscription – stop all future deliveries.
CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page (white text).
Click Cancel Subscription again to confirm.
Answer a few quick questions, then press Cancel Subscription Now.
Your subscription will be cancelled, and no more boxes will be delivered.
IF YOU'RE NOT GETTING THE OPTION TO CANCEL OR PAUSE
TRIAL BOXES OR NO ACCOUNT YET
If you’re waiting for a trial box and don’t have an account yet, contact our Customer Love team:

IMPORTANT CUT-OFF TIMES
Changes must be made by 11 PM, two days before your scheduled delivery.
If you pause after the cut-off, you will still receive that delivery, but subsequent boxes will stop.
SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS OR MISSED PAYMENTS
If your account is suspended due to missed payments, you cannot cancel online until outstanding payments are cleared.
You may still receive a "Box of Grace" after a missed payment.
After that, no future boxes will be delivered unless payment is made.

RESUME DELIVERIES
It’s easy to restart your subscription:
Log in to your account.
Go to the Subscriptions tab in Account Settings.
Click Resume Subscription.
Your deliveries and billing will resume immediately according to your plan.
