How to Cancel or Pause Your Marro Subscription

We understand that there may be many reasons why you need to stop your deliveries and it can be done simply in your account.

Here's how:

  1. Scroll to the bottom to the button titled 'account settings'.

  2. Now, you have a couple of options. You can either skip your next delivery to give yourself some extra time to get through the meals you already have. Or, alternatively, if you don't want any future deliveries, click 'cancel subscription' at the bottom of the page.

  3. Answer a few quick questions before confirming. And that's it, no more boxes will be delivered.

Be sure to make any changes before the cut-off time, which is by 11PM, two days prior to your scheduled delivery day. If you pause after the cut-off time you will still receive that delivery, but all subsequent boxes will be stopped.

It’s easy to restart your deliveries at any time. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the Subscriptions tab in Account Settings, and select Resume Subscription. Your deliveries and billing will resume immediately based on your plan.
