How to stop your deliveries

We understand that there may be many reasons why you need to stop your deliveries and it can be done simply in your account.

Login to your account. Then, head to the section titled "your Marro subscription". Click 'pause subscription'. You'll then need to answer a few quick questions before confirming. And that's it, no more boxes will be delivered.

Be sure to make any changes before the cutoff time, which is by 11PM, two days prior to your scheduled delivery day. If you pause after the cut off time you will still receive that delivery, but everything after that will be paused.

It’s easy to restart your deliveries at any time, just login to your account to resume.
