How No Claims Discount (NCD) works in MultiCar

Each policy in your MultiCar group earns its own No Claims Discount (NCD). A claim on one policy will only affect the NCD for that specific policy.

NCD Certificates

Issued individually per policy
Shown in your Marshmallow account 14 days before renewal
If a new policy lasts more than 6 months, it qualifies for a 1-year NCD
