Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. If you've made a fault claim—whether it's still being processed or already settled—you won’t receive a refund for the unused part of your policy.
Why is that?
If we’ve paid or expect to pay for a claim on your behalf, your full annual premium still applies. This ensures we can cover the costs of your claim fairly and consistently across all customers.
What do I need to pay?
Annual payers: Your premium is already fully paid, so there’s nothing more to pay—but also no refund.
Monthly payers: You’ll need to pay off the rest of your premium when cancelling. We’ll let you know the exact balance and how to pay it
