When you report a claim to us, the first step is the validation process. This process helps us confirm that everything provided is accurate and that we have what we need to move your claim forward.
How long does validation take?
The validation process usually takes up to 72 working hours (3 business days). During this time, we:
Check that the details you shared match your insurance policy
Verify your Driving Licence Summary (DLS)
Review any documents, photos, or supporting evidence you’ve submitted
You don’t need to follow up—we’ll contact you if anything is missing or unclear.
What happens after validation?
Once validation is complete, we’ll either:
Proceed with your claim (e.g., by arranging repairs or assessing your vehicle), or
Contact you with next steps if more information is needed
