How do I make the payment?
- Open the Marshmallow app. 
- Go to Manage Payments. 
- Select the missed payment and follow the steps to pay. 
You can also view your payment schedule and the card on file in the same section.
Can I use a different card?
Yes. You can pay with a different UK debit or credit card.
- This won’t change your saved card for future payments. 
- If you want to update your card permanently, do so in Manage Payments. 
What if I can’t afford to pay?
If you're struggling to pay, Marshmallow may be able to extend your payment deadline beyond the initial 14 days given when you miss a monthly instalment.
To request help:
- Contact the customer support team. 
- You may be asked a few quick questions to confirm eligibility for an extension. 
You must contact Marshmallow before your payment deadline. Once your policy is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
