How do I make the payment?
Open the Marshmallow app.
Go to Manage Payments.
Select the missed payment and follow the steps to pay.
You can also view your payment schedule and the card on file in the same section.
Can I use a different card?
Yes. You can pay with a different UK debit or credit card.
This won’t change your saved card for future payments.
If you want to update your card permanently, do so in Manage Payments.
What if I can’t afford to pay?
If you're struggling to pay, Marshmallow may be able to extend your payment deadline by up to 6 days at first, and up to 20 days total, depending on your situation.
To request help:
Contact the customer support team.
You may be asked a few quick questions to confirm eligibility for an extension.
You must contact Marshmallow before your payment deadline. Once your policy is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
