How to update your card
You can change your card by following these steps:
Open the Marshmallow app
Go to Manage Payments
Select Change Card
Enter your new UK-issued debit or credit card details
Your new card will be used for all future monthly payments.
Can I use a different card for a one-off payment?
Yes. If you're making a manual payment for a missed instalment, you can use a different card without changing the saved card on your account.
To do this:
Go to Manage Payments
Choose your missed payment
Follow the steps to pay with a different card
This won’t affect the card used for your next scheduled payment.
