Steps to get your courtesy car
The Courtesy Car Upgrade provides a courtesy vehicle for up to 28 days if your car is deemed a total loss or confirmed as stolen.
If your car is stolen:
Report the theft to the Police and to Marshmallow.
Contact Devon Bay Solutions directly to arrange your courtesy car — you do not need to wait for claim validation.

You may be asked to provide your Motor Insurance Schedule (available in the Marshmallow app) to confirm your coverage.
If your car is a total loss:
Make your claim with Marshmallow.
Wait for the damage assessment to confirm your vehicle is a total loss.
