Can I use Marshmallow Go if I drive multiple cars?

This article is for Marshmallow Go customers who use more than one vehicle and want to know how that affects tracking.

Updated over a week ago

Yes—you can use Marshmallow Go even if you drive more than one car. The app doesn’t track the vehicle itself—it tracks you as the driver.

How it works

  • Your driving data is collected through your phone, not your car.

  • As long as your phone is with you and tracking is enabled, we’ll record your trips—no matter which car you’re driving.

What to keep in mind

  • Keep the Marshmallow app installed and location + motion permissions turned on.

  • Place your phone somewhere secure (like a cup holder or mount) during each trip.

  • You only need to drive with tracking on—the car doesn’t matter.

So whether you’re driving your own car, a partner’s car, or a shared family car, Go will work just fine.
