How do I sign up for Marshmallow Go?
You can sign up for Marshmallow Go when you buy your insurance policy online. Just follow these steps:
Get a quote on the Marshmallow website or app.
Choose your base plan – Lightest, Essential, Original or Plus.
Opt into Marshmallow Go when prompted at checkout.
Download the Marshmallow app on your smartphone.
Log in using your policy details and enable location and motion tracking in your phone settings.
Once you start driving, the app will begin collecting your driving data. There’s nothing else you need to do to stay active on Go—as long as you share enough data from your drives.
You’ll need to share 4 weeks of driving data in the first 6 months to stay on the plan and keep your discount.
Can I add other drivers to my Marshmallow Go policy?
Yes, you can add additional drivers when you set up your policy.
Here’s how it works:
You’ll add them during the quote or purchase process.
Driving data is tied to the phone that has the Marshmallow app installed.
Each person must have the app installed on their own phone with tracking enabled.
If a customer holds more than one Go policy, their driving score is shared across those policies.
Only the device with the app tracks drives—usually this is the main driver’s phone, unless additional drivers also use the app.
