How can I check which Marshmallow policy plan I’m on?

This article is for Marshmallow customers who want to check which policy plan they currently have.

Marshmallow offers four different policy plans:

  1. Marshmallow Lightest

  2. Marshmallow Essential

  3. Marshmallow Original

  4. Marshmallow Plus

To check which plan you are currently on, you can view it directly in your Marshmallow account.

How to check your policy plan in the Marshmallow app

  1. Open the Marshmallow app on your iOS or Android device.

  2. Tap on your profile icon.

  3. Your current policy plan will be displayed at the top of your profile.

How to check your policy plan online via the Marshmallow website

  1. Go to the Marshmallow website.

  2. Log in to your account using your registered email address and password.

  3. Navigate to your profile section.

  4. Your current policy plan will be shown there.
