Setting up your Tag is quick and easy.
Here’s how to get started:
Open the Marshmallow app and follow the on-screen instructions.
Press the button on the Tag.
Use the provided adhesive to stick the Tag behind your rearview mirror or on your dashboard.
Important setup tips:
Keep Bluetooth on so your phone can talk to the Tag.
The Tag uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), so it won’t drain your battery.
You can still use other Bluetooth devices like headphones at the same time.
How to know your Tag is working:
1 beep = working properly
2 beeps = internal issue
3 beeps = connection issue (try reconnecting in the app)
If the Tag beeps more than once regularly, contact our team via the Help section in the app.
You can’t switch off the Tag, but it sleeps when not in use and wakes up when you start driving.
To remove it, gently pull it away from the surface. Dispose of it responsibly at a local recycling centre.
