Phone is turned on and charged
Location is enabled (set to Always)
Bluetooth is enabled
Power Saving Mode is off
App permissions are correctly set

Restart your phone
Close unused, high-resource apps
What if your phone wasn’t with you during a trip?
The Tag will record partial data
These trips won’t count towards your score
What does a "Tag-only" trip mean?
Your phone didn’t connect to the Tag
Data is limited and the trip won’t count towards your score
Too many "Tag-only" trips may lead to plan changes.
Changing your car? Just move the Tag to your new vehicle and stick it in the same spot.
