What can you do if your phone isn’t compatible with Marshmallow Move?

This article is for customers who can't activate their Tag due to phone compatibility issues.

If your phone isn’t compatible with the Marshmallow Move app or Tag, you won’t be able to complete your setup.

What you can do:

  • Contact us via the app to switch to one of our non-telematics plans: Lightest, Essential, Original, or Plus.

  • These plans don’t require a Tag or app, but may come with a higher premium.

To avoid this in the future, we recommend checking phone compatibility before purchasing a Marshmallow Move policy.
