What happens if someone else drives your car with Marshmallow Move?

This article is for customers who share their car with others or have additional drivers.

If someone else drives your car while your phone is connected to the Tag, their driving can affect your score.

Tips for shared vehicles:

  • If another person drives your car using your phone, their behaviour (e.g. phone use, speeding) will be recorded and included in your score.

  • At the moment, trips can’t be reclassified in the app, but we're currently working on adding this, and it will be available soon.

If they’re driving without your phone in the car, the trip will be recorded as a "Tag-only" trip and won’t affect your score — but too many of these trips may affect your policy.
