Is the questionnaire email with link from Marshmallow genuine?

Customer asks whether the questionnaire email they received is legitimate

Yes — this email is legitimate and has been sent by Marshmallow as part of your claims process.
The email will have come from no-reply@automatedquestionnaire.com and the sender name will show as Marshmallow.
We occasionally send a short questionnaire to customers who have an open claim with us. It is an important step in helping us progress your claim, and takes around 10 minutes to complete. We use a trusted partner to run this questionnaire on our behalf, which is why the email address may look unfamiliar — this is completely expected.

What if I'm still not sure it's genuine?
Here are a few things to check:

  • Sender name — should show as Marshmallow

  • Sender email — should be no-reply@automatedquestionnaire.com

  • We use a trusted partner to deliver the questionnaire, so the sending address will differ from our usual Marshmallow emails — this is normal

  • No financial or personal account information is requested — the questionnaire will never ask for bank details, passwords, or payment information

  • No attachments — the email contains a link only, no downloadable files

If the email matches the above, it is genuine.
