Move to a safe location away from traffic
3. Call emergency services
Dial 999 if someone is injured
Request police or ambulance support as needed
4. Gather important information
Collect the following details:
Vehicle registration numbers
Names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails of all drivers
Passenger and injury details
Witness contact information
Take clear photos of the scene:
Vehicle positions and visible damage
Road markings, traffic signs, or skid marks
5. Do not admit fault
Avoid accepting responsibility, verbally or in writing
