If anything happens, from someone hitting you, to you crashing into a lamp post, you must call our claims line immediately. The sooner we know, the quicker we can fix the problem and the better we can protect you.

It is essential that you report the incident, even if all parties have agreed that they won't be making any claims.

‍Reporting a claim is a quick and easy process, and you can do it 24/7.

  • From the app’s home screen, tap Report an incident and follow the instructions.

This number is for new claims being made by policy holders, it is not a general contact or customer service number for Marshmallow.
