To make sure your policy is valid and you're fully protected, we need to confirm that the details you’ve provided are accurate.


Why we sometimes ask for additional documents

We may ask you to upload extra documents to:

  • Confirm your address

  • Prove your No Claims Discount

  • Verify your occupation

  • Validate ownership of your vehicle (such as a V5C logbook)

This helps us ensure that your insurance policy meets legal and underwriting requirements. Incorrect or missing details could affect your cover and may lead to problems if you need to make a claim.

If we need any documents from you:

  • We’ll email you using the address linked to your Marshmallow app.

  • The email will include clear instructions and a deadline to upload your documents.

Make sure to check your inbox (and spam or junk folders) so you don’t miss any updates.
